We would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance work and upgrades to our infrastructure. During this phase, there may be temporary restrictions on the availability of our services. The maintenance work will take place over the weekend outside regular business hours to minimize any disruption to your business processes.

The planned maintenance window is 

from August 11, 2023 starting at 10:00 PM until approximately August 13, 9:00 AM

Data recording and tracking will continue as usual during the maintenance window, only data transmissions may experience occasional delays. There will be no gaps in recording or data loss.

Maintenance is essential for first-class and reliable service

To ensure that our systems are always up-to-date and deliver the best possible performance, we regularly carry out maintenance work and upgrades on our servers and infrastructure. Most of the time, this happens transparently in the background, without any restrictions to our services. However, larger upgrades, which are rather rare, may sometimes result in unavoidable downtimes. Nevertheless, our highly motivated team works hard to keep interruptions in the availability of our servers as short as possible, ideally during the night and outside regular working hours. Therefore, we expect most of our users to be not or only minimally affected by the maintenance work.
